Following completion of her core education in Clinical Psychology in Poland, Marta attended further specialist training in the UK, including in short-term interventions in the treatment of eating disorders such as CBT-E (Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders – at the Centre for Research on Eating Disorders at the University of Oxford) and SSCM (Specialist Supportive Clinical Management – at the University College London Division of Medicine). These are two of the NICE approved therapies for the treatment of eating disorders. Additionally, Marta has attended training in long-term psychodynamic interventions at the Tavistock Clinic.

Feedback for Marta

Therapy with Marta has really transformed me and my life. I feel better equipped and I have gained insight into my difficulties to help myself. I’ve really achieved a lot and I am mentally and physically in a different place than I was before
I found it really helpful to have a psychotherapist who was familiar with different cultural heritages and bilingualism. I felt I didn’t have to explain things that were implicit to me in as much detail
I find sessions with Marta very soothing and helpful to progress to a better place in my life. Thank you!
I found Marta to be very knowledgeable, patient and caring. She has done a lot to help me. Thank you!”
