Feedback for Julie
Dr Julie Paine has been instrumental in supporting and guiding me towards personal growth and well-being. Through her expertise and active listening, Julie has created a safe and non-judgmental space for me to explore my thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Her perspectives have provided valuable insights and helped me better understand myself and my behavioural patterns.
I was introduced to Dr Julie via the NHS and if I’m honest I was sceptical at first of the whole “Talking Therapy” model. After a couple of sessions, Dr Julie made me feel like we were best friends, and I was pouring my darkest secrets out. The unbelievable part is that all our sessions were over the phone, so I had actually never met her in person. Yet she had an amazing insight when simply listening to my thoughts, that allowed me to truly open up, listen and I came trust her perspective. I would highly recommend Dr Julie, my advice as a true sceptic is just open your mind and be amazed.
